The 3,600 acre Arcadia Dunes: C. S. Mott Nature Preserve is located in Manistee and Benzie Counties. There are 15 miles of trail to explore the dunes, forests and other landscapes throughout the expansive, diverse preserve and provides a wide range of recreation opportunities from hiking to birding to mountain biking. The Arcadia Dunes Nature Preserve is part of the Sleeping Bear Birding Trail. There is parking at the trailheads at Baldy Trails 3.1 miles; Dry Hill Trails 9.9 miles; Camp Arcadia Trails; Pete's Woods; St. Pierre Trail; St. Pierre Mountain Bike Trail; and Abby's Woods Trail.
