Sleeping Bear Heritage Trailhead at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Dune Climb. The trail is handicap accessible and is designed for walking, bicycling, running, cross country skiing, wheelchairs, and strollers. Some stretches of the Trail have steep grades, and are noted on trailhead signs and marked with warning signs.
