South Bar Lake Boat Launch

This boat launch is suitable for Carry-In boats only. Caution is needed when traversing South Bar Lake from South to North in that there are submerged pilings from a railroad trestle that used to go across the lake from east to west with many just below the surface of the lake. This launch is part of the Lake Michigan Beach Park in Empire.
